As well as a dedicated team of Apple Support Engineers, we also support technical issues on Windows and Linux based systems. Experts in PC system restoration and data retrieval that if faced with infected operating system or a faulty hard drive, you can rest assured that your computer will be up and running as soon as possible.

Making the Switch

Many people would love to switch to Mac; but are afraid of how a Mac will perform with an older, PC based IT system.  Thanks to the Mac's Intel processors and software like Apple's Boot Camp and Microsoft Office for Mac, switching has never been easier or safer. Our specialists are here to make sure that your new hardware integrates with your existing network and will support file sharing and networked printing with ease. Our engineers will also ensure a seamless transfer of your data from the old hardware to your new Mac so you will be back up and running smoothly.

As an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) we offer service to Apple customers, whether they are consumers, businesses, educational institutions or government organizations. All repairs covered under the warranty must beperformed by Apple certified technicians.

At Screenway we offer a Carry-in and an On-site service. At our office in Galway Business Park we have dedicated service personnel in an easily accessible location. We meet Apple's standards at all times with regard to service levels, certification of technicians and availability of service to customers. Apple typically audits and reviews Service Providers to ensure these high standards are consistently met.

Becoming certified to repair Apple systems requires passing both a software and hardware exam. Certifications are renewed on an annual basis via recertification examinations.

Service Providers are required to use Apple Certified Technicians when conducting diagnostics, Covered Repairs, modifications, alterations and upgrades on Apple products.
